Vinod Sharma – Director

He is the founder of the Company and source of inspiration for the whole “Kiwi Family”. With his expert and honest Guidance, our company has achieved many goals in the past. Mr. Sharma is a firm believer in the many positive benefits of international education, both on the personal level for students and for the societies as a whole. With all his past experience in the education field, his valuable advice always provides us with empowering learners, international networking and operations expertise and specialization. He has passed GDNZIA (Graduate Diploma in New Zealand Immigration Advice Level 7) from Toi Ohomai Institute of Technology, New Zealand. He is a Licensed Immigration Adviser, Licensed by Immigration Adviser Authority (License Number 201601031).

Savita Sharma – Director

She establishes vision, mission and values for the company and also plays a key role in the company’s Policy making process. She set strategy and structure for the whole team for effective decision making. In today’s volatile business world, it is extremely important for organizations to engage employees both intellectually and emotionally. She organizes mentoring of employees while creating a heightened level of ownership. She improves employee engagement and retention along with other company initiatives. Mentoring helps our company’s bottom line while also ensuring that our team feels committed to accomplish their work in accordance to the vision of the Company.

Richa Sharma – Operation Manager

Richa joined the company in 2022.She holds an MBA from reputed Business School, she excels as the Operation Manager at our Amritsar office, overseeing the company’s recruitment process. Since joining in 2022, her extensive experience in guiding students towards diverse overseas opportunities has been invaluable. Her candid and honest approach sets her apart in the field of student advising. Additionally, she acts as the official representative for all student visa applications with Immigration New Zealand. Her skill set includes strategic planning, cross-cultural communication, process optimization, and in-depth knowledge of New Zealand Student Visa procedures.

Sarika Mehra – Senior Manager-Partner Engagement

She is the Operation Manager based in Amritsar office. She looks after the whole operation of the company’s recruitment process. Before joining the company in 2013, she was working in the Insurance sector for over 6 years. She has experience of more than 6 years in guiding students about various opportunities in New Zealand. Her open and honest guidance to students makes her exceptional among many students. She treats all students as her own kids.

Vipan Kumar – Facility Manager

Vipan is responsible for the security, maintenance and services of the company’s facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and its employees.He has an excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth functioning of the company.

Sanampreet Kaur – Asst. Visa- Filling Officer

Sanam is looking after Visa filling section of the company. She is in charge of all administrative tasks to complete the New Zealand Visa applications. She has expertise to access each application with proper due diligence before lodging the visa application.

Shifali Tangri – Student Training Officer

Shifali holds an MBA degree from a reputed Indian University. She is the key contact with all students and regularly guides them about the benefits of studying in New Zealand. She trains individual students to understand the proposed academic level in New Zealand. She puts a lots of effort in individual students to prepare them at an adequate level of understanding during the processing of New Zealand student Visa.

Kulwinder Kaur (Geetu) – Admission Officer

Geetu is looking after the admission section of the company. She is managing international enrolments of students in various Colleges and Universities. She is the main point of contact for all admissions related queries. She also manages post AIP formalities of all student visa applications.

Naresh Kumar – Asst. Visa- Filling Officer

Naresh has over 7 years of work experience with our company. He joined as a front office executive and promoted to a position of Assistant Visa Filling Officer. He is expert person to handle all student visa filling section.
